While Tesla set the benchmark for EV technology, BYD has rapidly advanced in battery development, efficiency, and affordability. Over the past year, they have introduced groundbreaking EV technologies that surpass Tesla in key areas, such as range and energy density.

Which aspects of your job role do you find rewarding and which are challenging?
The most rewarding aspect of my role is empowering teams and working collaboratively to solve complex challenges. How do you best like to de-stress and re-charge off work?
Spending time with my kids and dogs is my favourite way to unwind. I also enjoy socialising with friends and family or escaping the city for a change of pace. Whether it is a relaxed weekend outdoors or a casual gathering, disconnecting from work helps me recharge and refocus. p
