Britehouse Mobility is embarking on a new era of innovation and independence following a management buy-out transaction that acquired the business from NTT DATA for an undisclosed amount. The acquisition marks a pivotal moment in Britehouse Mobility’ s journey.
The partnership with NTT DATA contributed significantly to Britehouse Mobility’ s growth and global reach. Now, this strategic move reflects a renewed commitment to innovation, agility and delivering specialised digital solutions with greater autonomy.
Following the deal, Britehouse Mobility will operate as a fully independent company, now known simply as Britehouse, marking a fresh chapter in its 16-year legacy of delivering innovative solutions and AI integration to businesses across various industries.

As data quality, talent excellence, strategic partnerships and robust infrastructure are all essential to a successful AI implementation journey, MTN has designed an appropriate operating model and established an in-house AI Centre of Excellence( CoE) alongside a Cloud CoE to co-ordinate AI activities across the group, supported by an internal Software Solutions team equipped with more than 300 engineers.
