BlueApp, Blue Pearl’ s high-volume consultant matching platform powered by intelligent search, workflow automation and machine learningdriven ranking, had reached a point where its underlying technology was beginning to limit future innovation.
Remaining on Java 11 meant the platform could not take advantage of the stronger security, compliance and performance improvements delivered through the latest Long-Term Support( LTS) releases. Developers were increasingly spending valuable time managing deprecated APIs and dependency incompatibilities instead of delivering new capabilities.
