There have been many positive experiences; as with all new things change management is important and ongoing. The first time we showed the vehicle management system, we had to stop the meeting for 20 minutes while the management team ran around trying to verify the data, confirming that there were really that many broken down vehicles. “The water team were very happy to be able to see all their data in one place.
