Ignatius Richards, Senior Solutions
Architect at Decision Inc, added:
“This year, SAP is ushering in a major
shift in where its platform is headed and
how it is rolled out. With a lot of impetus
on migrating to the cloud,
many decision-makers are concerned
about their investments potentially
becoming obsolete.
“It is a natural progression to look at the
wider organisation and offer key features
and functions that further improve customer
experience and the ability to service
customers and stakeholders in a professional
manner, including business value add such
as mobility and compliance to mention
a few,” said Paul McIntyre, Customer
Experience Executive at Elingo.
“Now features and functions that were only
available for the Contact Centre can be made.”
“Decision Inc wants to remove the noise
surrounding this, examine the roadmap,
and highlight where the priorities must be
in this dynamic environment.”
Richards added that next-generation
real-time planning of SAP has assisted
multi-national brewing and beverage
company Distell in analysing the volumes
of data at its disposal for significant
business benefits.
