Yesh ’ s role is Managing Director for HP Southern Africa , which is a regional cluster that encompasses South Africa , the surrounding SADC countries as well as Angola . This cluster forms part of HP ’ s Middle East and Africa subsidiary and houses the Southern Africa regional cluster and four other clusters .

Building strong relationships and foundations , he believes , are critical for business success , with patience working in harmony through every step of the journey . Yesh believes that approachability is necessary , making time for not only senior leaders but junior colleagues at HP .

Please describe the expectations of the end customers that you address . What are their pain points today ?

Yesh ’ s role entails the management of operations and execution of sales of all product sets . Furthermore , his role includes working with HP ’ s channel partners , in the commercial and consumer spaces , including collaborating with distributor and retailer ecosystems .

Customer expectations lean heavily towards having a brand that they can trust in the solutions that are offered . HP prioritises the mindset of it is a journey , not an event . The organisation is not trying to make an impact for a specified time , but to walk the journey

What are your strengths and abilities that you bring to the above role ?

Yesh believes his authenticity is a strength that he excels at , enabling him to present his work as he takes it . Yesh ’ s loyalty to HP is also critical , which comes out in the way he does business and carries the organisation forward . On the back of this , people skills play an increasingly important part to succeed in Yesh ’ s position .
