Tunisie Telecom and Telepin announce the launch of converged charging system

Tunisie Telecom , the market vendor in information and communication technologies in Tunisia , and Telepin , a global pioneer in mobile transaction platforms and the fintech industry , announce the signing of a partnership agreement for the launch of the converged charging system for the national operator ’ s customers .

The main objective of this partnership is to migrate Tunisie Telecom ’ s charging system , currently distributed among several suppliers , to Telepin ’ s unified converged charging platform . This transition promises to offer a better customer experience by offering a consolidated and more secure solution for mobile and landline top-ups .
Telepin ’ s platform is meticulously designed to meet all of Tunisie Telecom ’ s charging needs . From the migration of legacy vouchers to the generation of on-demand e-vouchers , the system ensures a smooth transition and an improved user experience for Tunisie Telecom ’ s large customer base .

ATC Africa partners with MTN Nigeria to enhance green site connectivity across Nigeria

American Tower Corporation ’ s Africa operations , ATC Africa , and MTN Nigeria , announced that they have entered into a new agreement that is expected to enhance wireless connectivity across Nigeria . Under the terms of the agreement , ATC Africa will facilitate new tenancies for MTN Nigeria over a multi-year period , commencing in the second half of 2024 .

The Company expects to meet MTN Nigeria ’ s site requirements by leveraging ATC Africa ’ s extensive portfolio of over 8,000 sites in Nigeria , a substantial portion of which already incorporate green energy solutions . Additionally , new sites will be deployed in accordance with ATC Africa ’ s green site specifications .
Marek Busfy , Senior Vice President and CEO of ATC Africa expressed his enthusiasm about the announcement , stating , “ We are thrilled to further strengthen our partnership with MTN Nigeria .”
