Vertiv launches programme to onboard distributors from South Africa , Egypt , Kenya , Nigeria , Morocco

Vertiv has kicked off a 2024 incentive that will see new distributors who join the Vertiv Partner Programme receiving additional benefits . This applies to new approved partners within South Africa , Egypt , Kenya , Nigeria and Morocco who join the programme during the incentive period .

The incentive will include 100 VIP bonus points for new sign-ups to both the Vertiv Partner Programme and the Vertiv Incentive Programme , VIP , which focuses on rewarding these individuals for their hard work . These points are redeemable for a wide range of rewards , ranging from leading-brand gadgets and home automation products , to wearable technology and kitchen appliances .
Says Vertiv Field Marketing Director for Africa , Jacqui Gradwell : “ Building a strong network of local partners is a critical contributor to Vertiv ’ s growing success across Africa , and it is important that we not only provide them with all the tools and knowledge required to achieve this , but also reward those partners who help contribute to our positive growth within the region .”
The Vertiv Partner Programme comprises five membership tiers : Silver , Gold , Platinum , Diamond and Diamond Elite . Each level brings with it benefits for partners , such as access to the Vertiv partner portal , which incorporates the Vertiv Learning Platform , as well as virtual and augmented reality tools , and project assistance . Partners are also able to use the Vertiv Solution Designer and Product Selector Tool to design infrastructure solutions quickly and easily for their customers .
In addition to the initial 100 bonus points given on sign-up , South African , Egyptian , Kenyan , Nigerian and Moroccan VIP partners who purchase eligible Vertiv products from Authorised Distribution Partners will continue to receive bonus points for every 100 Dollars in sales . Bonus points earned can be viewed via a personalised dashboard , where partners are also able to view incentives on offer and redeem their points .

Euphoria Telecom appoints Warren Hawkins as Managing Director , Leonie Stanley as Operations Director

Cloud-based VoIP business solutions provider Euphoria Telecom has announced additions to its senior leadership team to guide its strategic growth plan . Newly appointed Managing Director Warren Hawkins and Operations Director Leonie Stanley will work with Technical Director Nic Laschinger to fast track delivery of new products and features , and enhance customer experiences .

Hawkins , formerly MD at e-commerce platform YuppieChef , brings with him a wealth of experience in managing a technology-based business through
Leonie Stanley its growth phases , so he was a natural fit to lead Euphoria through the next phase of its business journey , according to Euphoria Telecom founder George Golding .
With almost 20 years of experience in the telecoms industry , Stanley has a deep understanding of the competitive landscape in the sector , maximising performance and responding to what clients want .
A further new appointment is Denis Mitchley , who has joined as Financial Manager . A senior financial accountant with telecoms sector experience , Mitchley will oversee the company ’ s financial management and portfolio .
Central to this next phase will be a focus on developing new product offerings , and enhancing the customer experience the company has built its reputation on . This includes the introduction of multi-channel touchpoints for customers , allowing them to communicate on the medium or platform they desire .
Established in 2010 , Euphoria has seen significant growth , providing telephony services to over 6,000 customers . This growth has also translated into an evolving client profile , as more large corporate clients like Takealot and Seeff properties have joined the SMEs that Euphoria originally started out servicing .
